I hope you noticed how this one did not get many responses. "Union" seems to not be a good thing to mention around here. On another note, not sure how to answer your question without more information. Where I am from, thirty calendar days and you are IN!

Different contract supplements have different language about the probationary period. Ask your steward or call the union hall.
