Unused Option weekday

When is your seniority date. Around here the May 1st. date is for people that were employed before the 1997 contract. Starting in the 1997 contract personal days go seniority date to seniority date. At least in my area.

Some place it’s your seniority date. And others it’s Aug 1. Here mine is Aug 1, while everyone else’s is seniority date.
