It only applies to 22.4's now because that's where a driver starts. As RPCD's retire, highest 22.4 takes that spot and then fill the open 22.4.

I got the 22.4 bid. Not sure if I should celebrate or start planning my funeral lol.
Now that I have a bed and I’m officially full-time does this change anything?

You get the same benefits as anyone else you just don’t get paid as much and you won’t have 9.5 protection. They’re going to run you into the ground until you become RPCD, once you’re there you can get on the 9.5 list. Once on the list, it they work you over 9.5 hours for three days in a week you can file a grievance and get paid what turns out to be triple time for every hour you worked over 9.5. So bid on an RPCD spot every chance you get.
I absolutely buried them in 9.5 grievances this year.
