I got caught in the oil collapse, so looking at a huge loss. I think we’ll see sub 20k Dow again soon. Once reality sets in that people aren’t going to have jobs to go back to, I think the market will react, even being propped up by the fed can only last so long.I really don't want the answer is. 20% federal if you call for an occasional withdrawal. If you set up a monthly withdrawal you have the option of filling out a W4 for withholding.
