13.1 million is actually quite low. For 2012 he is ranked 243 among CEO's in compensation...

No, that's not low, it just demonstrates how ridiculous CEO pay has become. And spare me the tired old talk that, "If we don't pay the chairman this much, so one else will." Yeah, and remember what our parents said if someone was jumping off the bridge, would you? Stupidity is stupidity no matter how many people participate.

His base pay is 1 million. He earned the incentives to make 12.1 more. I'm sorry but I don't see his compensation as excessive. Steve jobs made 620 million in 2010. People justified it because he was the creative visionary. Where do you draw the line. What should a CEO make?
