To be the man, you gotta beat the man.
Some locals have less nads. That's why many work day after Thanksgiving for example.
Yup our local is one of them. I didn't work though, they can suck a fat one. They even knew not to say :censored2: to me when I told them. It's in our contract that it is a holiday, not :censored2: they can do about it until they change it.

A first year driver should have 5 weeks vacation ? Or a 30 year driver should have 1 week ?

We all get the same benefits. .. That is the most important

He's talking about why benefits and such are different in different locals/regions. Nothing to do with seniority.

There are even small regional differences for non union employees. I can understand different rules under different union locals based on negotiations but they can't even keep the non union rules consistent.
