UPS Portable Account Formula: After Leaving

I left UPS: GBS back in January of 2021. I received a notice of my Portable Account formula balance being active and have submitted the paperwork back in May of 2021...to this day I have NOT heard back or received the funds.

What options do I have here, after serving over 8 years with the company, I am still left in the cold.

PAF isn't eligible for withdraw after separation until after 6 months. In May you hadn't hit that, but you have now. Call HR back/re-submit and you should be fine.
