File a grievance. They are admitting they are not properly staffing and harassing drivers over production. Demand penalty pay for harassment (it is in the new contract).

Alot of the new contract sucks ass but the improvements on 8 hour and harassment penalty pay could be huge wins if you would all have the balls to file on it EVERY SINGLE TIME
