Checks are scheduled to be dated May 27. Calculating the retro is a MASSIVE, MASSIVE undertaking. Even completing it in 30 days is requiring Payroll to work 7 days a week until it is done.

That is why I have my doubts that they will figure this out correctly.

Just figuring out vacation alone is going to be a task. They have to figure out what they owe everyone from last year, which includes straight time, OT, OT on a holiday (if applicable) Then adjust vacation checks accordingly.

Once they arrive at the figures from last year, then they have to figure out what is owed already for this year, add in adjustments for people who have already taken vacation this year, add them together then cut a check.

Yeah I can see this going over without any problems. If people are shorted 50.00, no one will be any the wiser.

Your steward with printed out documentation why you feel it's wrong, then file. If you go to your sups casually they couldn't care less that it's wrong.

Obviously...they barely care when our paychecks are wrong.
