No complains for OT at my station, as soon as the Christmas over time stops the extra hours sheets are filled even with guys getting there 40

1-2 hrs per day OT, SOP, and we are overstaffed and short vehicles(a few rentals out there).. Volume hasn't let off, and probably won't. PT'ers are still working nearly FT hours.
