A Baytown, Texas resident says she has video evidence of a UPS driver rummaging through her package. But UPS says the driver was actually trying to close the package, not open it.
Juliana Mattise told Chron.com she noticed something was wrong when she found her delivered package had already been opened on the porch.
When she checked surveillance video, she said it showed the UPS driver bending down near the box.
"You can hear it," Mattise said. "You can hear him ripping open the tape off the box, rifling through the box, which was socks and crayons."
