My b.a. and I have been fighting management for months over the amount of work they continue to pile on me. I've filed multiple harassment grievances and daily 9.5's.

Nah, the center manager knows that I know how it works.

He just cuts the checks and doesn't say a word.

As long as IE tells him he's allowed to run only so many routes, his hands are tied. My only regret is that his name has to go on the grievance as he's about as fair and level headed as managers come.
