Off the subject but I always wondered if you can burn used crankcase oil in your oil furnace. Here in the Midwest we mostly burn natural gas. Some guys have used engine oil furnaces in their garages.$1.85, Metro Boston.
Pretty sure my oil bill won’t go down, sad.
I mean, if someone’s looking for a place to store oil, my tank is a great start...

Are these states laying off? No tax revenue is coming in including gas taxes.
When I get around to it, I'm gonna trade my oil tank for a natural gas situation.
I have a gas stove, etc.
Natural gas is coming into my house.
Take the oil tank out, replace the oil burner, make my plumber happy, piss off my oil company.
Put in a porcelain office style urinal, and an overhead shower...
I may never leave the basement again.
Always wanted to put a urinal in my garage. Now I just pee in the garden. When I get around to it, I'm gonna trade my oil tank for a natural gas situation.

$2.15 is the lowest I've seen in the Bay Area...so farWe live in a resort town near Lake Tahoe and every gas station in town is $3.49 as of 4/22/2020
Went to Costco 2 days ago about 40 miles away and paid $1.85.
Saw that is it 0.87 a gallon in Detroit. Last time I paid that was in the 70's.
local businesses are claiming that high rents, high fees, high cost of doing business in California is the reason for higher gas prices in Cali.$2.15 is the lowest I've seen in the Bay Area...so far

Tahoe area generally has higher prices than the Bay Area. Are you near the Safeway on 267?local businesses are claiming that high rents, high fees, high cost of doing business in California is the reason for higher gas prices in Cali.
I get that but the cost of living in the Bay area is much higher ( overall ) than around here. $3.49 here and $2.15 in Bay ??? something fishy.
We have 4-5 gas stations in our town and every one has the same price . kind of curious.
thats because your mouth is like 7/11I only drive about 60 miles a week.
Way too much math.90 cents a litre. roughly half of what it was in a year or so.
No . not Kings Beach. Over off 80 in little town about 30-35 miles west of Reno. We do 95% of our shopping in Reno or Sparks.Tahoe area generally has higher prices than the Bay Area. Are you near the Safeway on 267?
im eating trail mix with a spoon and knifeWay too much math.
First off, litres are dumb.
1 litre is roughly a quarter gallon.
So the price for us 'Mericans comes out to C$3.40 per gallon.
BUT.
Canadian dollars are also dumb.
Converted to our money, Ricky is paying roughly $2.41 per gallon.
