What's better being a delivery driver or a feeder driver

Go do something else. Go to school. Go work at public works. Go work at public electric and gas. Go be a firefighter. Anything else, imo.

Heavy machinery operator, lineman, welder, railroad. Just a short quick list of guys around here that make just as much or more than ups drivers with better home life.

I know guys that do all of it.

If I were to do it all over again I would of went to machinery operator school. $40+ an hour, pension, health insurance and 3-4 months off in the winter.


Sure there's a few weeks in the summer that you may work 12-16 hours 6-7 days a week but the winter time off more than makes up for it.
