Yes. I'm one of those dudes who wishes he could max his hours every week. I do well but I don't have enough seniority to take all the extra work. And I'm bummed if I work under 50 hours. I just think about how I'd have my house paid off in a few years if I could break 60 per week consistently.

I get the least hours during "peak"....driver helper, all the extra drivers and all the college kids are gone....August (college kids moving in... mattresses, furniture, etc) and the summer (tourism) are the busiest for me.
