I was a casual hired last july, I worked straight through to December 30th with no layoffs and at that time was told if they had a street hire spot open I would have been offered it. Just telling you my story, if you work hard and smart and an off the street hire is open, probably get it, if not then they might offer you to start a part time position ( my understanding is that they only offer this position to people they would like to continue with the company and not offered to a lot of people after peak)
