I can't disagree with that. Just going off of some of the brain power on this site alone (looks at @IVE GOTTA PACKAGE 4U ) I can imagine you're right.

maybe if they offer a little extra money for you to do it they might get a few people take them up on that offer

Maybe I should try keeping those fully staffed all year round. They already got the stinking 22-4 jobs paying people to lower rate to do the same work as an RPCD.
