???? So the videos of people attacking cops and breaking windows were fake?

Some people did. Why did the Jan.6th Commission withhold footage of the Capitol Police firing rubber bullets into the front of the crowd but did show the crowd's enraged reaction? Because they wanted to paint a narrative that this crowd was an out of control insurrectionist mob. Same reason they withheld footage of the "mob" milling peacefully about. They characterized the buffalo horned crazy guy as a ringleader and violent when the released video showed him very differently. And got him out of prison.

The thing is Trump haters want to believe the very worst about Trump supporters so the Commission gave you what you wanted. Figured they'd be able to use it against Trump in court. And was why when McCarthy announced he was releasing the security footage they vehemently protested. You've been duped, and you're too proud or too dishonest to admit it.

January 6 was an insurrectionist mob attack on democracy itself. Those people, aided and abetted by Trump and others, were attempting to stop the Congressional process to certify the election and therefore trying to steal the votes of millions of Americans. They were having a temper tantrum because they believed the lies of a serial liar.

Why don’t you write a letter to Officer Sicknick’s family and ask them what they believe happened and why he died? And how about to the families of those who committed suicide afterwards? Ask their families what hell they went through and what was eating at them. And ask yourself why Donald Trump has never once been reported to reach out to thank those surviving officers who protected the Capitol from that mob. He never thanked them because he hates them. He never thanked them because he hates democracy. He hates that he knows that deep down the American people rejected him. PERIOD
