the democratic process is one where your candidates through the party system are vetted and if strong enough to win then face off against the candidates from the other parties.

Hillary had no prayer. If Trump had kept his mouth shut and not had that one video appear he would run the table on her. With all his shortcomings he was still able to beat a candidate who had every heavy weight democrat in the world fighting for her.

Nope. Tuesday I sold a home and then came home to find out that a family member had been diagnosed with terminal brain cancer...12-18 months. Then I went to work at 0330, so I was busy and upset by the news. Not running and hiding.
