Will UPS be affected by Russia diesel ban?

Russia is only doing this temporarily to cut prices for their own people. It's going to hurt Europe the most and it has already started increasing the prices on crude for the rest of the world. As soon as their own local currency is stabilized Russia will undoubtedly lift that ban. Without the money that the export of oil brings in, their country would be in deep trouble. I don't see how the world's second largest exporter of crude banning shipments would not increase prices for everybody globally, including the US.

The customers pay the fuel surcharge, which are adjusted monthly, so no.
They will increase scrutiny on idling though.
And when the weather turns cold the car wash will still let the package cars idle all night so the washers won't get cold when they park them in the morning.

It wont affect Domestic because we already stopped importing barrels from Russia. It wont affect us that much as long as the bans dont go for over 6 months in Europe/Asia.
