A Feel Good Friday surprise for a hard working UPS driver from customers who love him – East Idaho News

We recently received an email about a UPS driver named Sheldon. Part of it said:

“Sheldon has many families on his route, not just mine, that leave him goodies and snacks on their porches to help him through the day. His fellow drivers have said to him, ‘Man! I want Sheldon’s route! Those people give him food and soda!”

“But what I say is WE are the lucky ones to have Sheldon! He would get this kind of response from any route he was assigned to because he’s just that nice. He’s so humble about it and when he’s complimented for his kindness he simply says, ‘I just love this community. I love Idaho Falls and I’m happy to work here.’”

UPS driver delivers help after hawk crashes into home – WSFA

When a west Alabama family found themselves staring at a Christmas Eve catastrophe, it was a UPS driver who helped deliver a solution.

The UPS driver, identified as Tony Lewis Sr., went above and beyond during his already very busy day to help Luke Jones and his family try to free a hawk that had gotten stuck inside their Selma area home.

Jones said his wife was folding laundry and decided to open the window blinds when it happened. The bird crashed through the window and right into their home. Though uninjured, it couldn’t figure out how to fly back out and was causing quite a ruckus.

UPS Backed by Strong Liquidity and Growth in E-Commerce – NASDAQ

We recently issued an updated report on United Parcel Service, Inc. UPS.

UPS has a strong balance sheet. The company exited the third quarter with cash and equivalents of $9,241 million, above the current maturities of long-term debt, commercial paper, operating and finance leases of $2,942 million.
