Amazon already bigger delivery company than UPS and FedEx by volume.

As long as Amazon grows, we will shrink. The larger they grow the more our customers will shrink. There’s the real problem. Walmart uses DoorDash and FedEx depending on rather its a same day delivery or not. Target does use us along with every other company but it seems to be in a quandary trying to figure out its own identity in this new price conscious environment. So where does it leave us? That’s the real question that needs to be asked. UPS has chosen short term profit over long term stability when it comes to Amazon. At one point we were in position to set the terms when it came to our relationship with Amazon. Unfortunately…those days have passed.

Agreed, but I believe UPS is more clear on expanding to European/Asian countries to compete with rather inefficient local couriers. Look at the recent Liverpool-UPS deal. I think its pretty clear theyre trying to become a more “cool” brand outside the US
Never happen if UPS overseas has filthy trucks and drivers who look like homeless bums like here..

That was never the case - Amazon is well funded by taxpayer subsidies (e.g., food stamps, Medicaid, USPS, etc.) until our government and consumers learn to look at the full picture, this company will amass profits subsidized by the taxpayer. They were never going to pay UPS reasonable rates.

Kinda of feels like we’re working for an aging dinosaur at this point. Glad I only have a few years left.

Govy is eventually going to make them spin off their AWS…that’s where they make a good chunk of their money.
Why eventually?

Why not now?

Everyone has watched Amazon's rise.......why wait until everyone else is out of business?

Serious questions....
