I've got a 2011 Ultra Classic Electra Glide. Been retired for over 12 years. I haven't been to Sturgis (during the rally) as I'm always in Iowa for 10 days of sprintcar racing that is held each year in Knoxville, Ia ----the same time as the Sturgis rally. The wife and I try to take about a month trip every Sept-Oct with our toy hauler and bike. Last year it was the Black Hills-Yellowstone- Grand Tetons and Salt Lake City. This year we are going to hit the Ozarks.

Just took my Glide in for its 10,000 mile check. $430.00!!! and I didn't even get a kiss. Don't ever let anyone tell you Harleys are cheap to maintain. Now that it is out of warranty I can start having a local Harley dude whos done it for years do the service on it. He is much cheaper than having work done at the Harley dealer.
