Hi. I'm Richard. I'm new to the forum. Former UPSer. 1999-2005. Wanted to come back, as a feeder driver. Possibly seasonal, may be the easiest route. What are the qualifications?
REALLY?
Wants to be hired offf the street into Feeders with the easiest route!
He did leave off one minor request.
A Chauffer so he doesn't have to do any actual driving!
Oh, and maybe replace the passenger seat with a Barcalounger so he can be nice and comfy while the Chauffer drives?

On second thought, go to HQ in Atlanta, march right in, tell them what you told us, and let them know you want a position as high up in corporate as you can get with the least amount of work.
They are bound to be impressed with your motivation to go right to the top.
They may even hire you on the spot!
Most likely, they will have you escorted out, but you never know unless you try!

Well, at least one of them has made their way to the East Coast...

Light 'em up!
I heard there were certain Amazon building that requested/needed this type of trailer.

They are drop frames with rollers, flaps and crank landing gear.

Pulled one of these drop frame pups as my front box from texar. Both air lines and the snubber are all turned on by the same knob. Kind of nifty

Thought they were to stop using them after an unloader died. Slipped on the rail or rollers, somewhere up north. Nebraska, I believe I was told some years ago.

Watching a veteran driver at NEWPA back up a dolly in one of the new CNG KWs without a back window. Only four pullups...and he looked quite irritated when he got out!

You shouldn't be able to see out the back window of the tractor if you had a trailer on your hook anyway. It took me years to trust the mirrors and not flop my head out the side window like a long eared beagle. lol.

I think what he meant was with the new cng tractors having no back window the driver was annoyed trying to back a dolly up. I know I will be if I ever have to.

I gotcha. I eventually tried to use my mirrors only, even when bobtailing a dolly to spot. only time i'd look out the window was when I was about to stop rolling to drop it.
