Part of my job is to argue for a living. Sometimes in the past I felt it was needed. At this present time it's no longer needed on here was my point.

40 hour week... yea when we get a holiday day... 4 day work week.... never worked 40hrs a week job in my life

Don't get me wrong, the benefits alone are worth the job, and the reason I work there. I just think it's a harsh work enviroment.
