Flex Benefits Management Non-union

    I just went online to select my benefits for next year. I did not make any changes just kept what I had. The big change to me is that it will now cost me an additional $629.76 per year over last year for the same benefits.
    It’s amazing the company will pay 6.1 billion to our union counter parts pension plan, increase their hourly wage, and pay 100% percent of their health care cost.
    For the management non-union side increased health care costs and smaller pay increases. What a plan!
    Don’t forget to make your selection, you now have a big two weeks to do it, annual enrollment ends Nov.2

    well they had to find the money to recharge the union pension funds. The Mgmt pension fund is fully funded. No wonder, you'll get less than a driver or mechanic when you retire.

    let's see union employees get better benefits that non union employees, and they still wine..... who's really running the company?????:scared::sneaky2:

    I just made my benefit selections, and I get to pay more too. What a system.

    Increase our hourly wages? Have you heard of the new contract? Management get raises as well.
