Hey guys, I'm back! I was a full-time seasonal driver last peak, and now I'm hired on as a PT package fondler, I mean handler. I chose the 5-10pm shift and told them like 50x that I want to be a FT driver asap. I can't wait to destroy my back and make $400/month. It'll be worth it when I can finally drive again.

I'm a new preloader. If they flag misoads, can they still punish me for those even before the car leaves?
If your in your probation, they are probably testing you to see if you catch these misloads. If you are making mistakes they could use that as a factor in your qualifying or not.

If it's any consolation, they seem to test/plant misloads and then have you check your load and see if you catch them. It's part of the deal, all centers seem to have their own way of checking on new hires. They test drivers as well it's nothing out of the ordinary. Just make sure you walk the packages into the right truck.
