That is what UPS told us. No amendment. Today we were sent a message that starting 07-16 that all drivers must show at least 31 min lunch in board. They don't know what they want to do and the union hall is letting them do as they please, for me I take my lunch hour and 10 min break.

Why work for free? If the company takes out an automatic out (which I think the company is changing all around the country in fear of more lawsuits) Take that hour. Start your pick ups on time and call in for help on the rest of your deliveries. (it's not your problem, it's managements problem) If everyone took an hour lunch, more drivers would be hired.
