Laid Off Driver question

I see what you are talking about. The original post did not say he was a driver so I did not read that into the post. But it makes sense based on what you are saying.

If "laid off" does not finish his shift based on what has been given him he is not guaranteed 8. I am not sure about bumping people off in another center. I know you could not do that in the area I came from. If there was an opening in another center you could go to that center at the bottom of the list. .... But at least you are working!

I am a laid off driver and this is what I was told by the reload sup. That if I did not work a full 4 hours on the preload he would not give me 4 hours on the reload. He would work me but, it would be as long as he needed me 3 hours or so.
