Lost Account??

    Anyone out there know if we lost the CDW account, saw a CDW package today and had a Fedex Ground label.

    I've noticed that about 3 months ago. Every once in a while I'll deliver a CDW box, not like I used to.

    Maybe they've figured out the "space-time continuum thingy"!

    Probably got sick of us driver releasing the pkgs when they clearly say "Do not release without a signature".

    i always got a signature on them but i showed it in the board that it was sig required so they would at least be billed for it

    I do that too. I also do it for Dell as much as I can. Sometimes if Im delivering 50 to one stop, I give up on it!
    Anyone know if they actually do get billed for it? I somehow doubt it (for the big ones anyhow), or it would be fixed.

    the address correction in the board does bill them and it also helps them to get the address correct in the future or they pay that fee until they do on my route so i am guessing the sig required would bill them too
