Most Americans drop dead in their 60's.
Today's ridiculously inaccurate statistic.

Don't BS yourself. Fred has a lot of turnover. Compare that to the Federal Express days when it was extremely low.Fred isn't facing the same obstacle(s) as Henry.
America has taken over from Mexico as the fattest nation in the world. Diabetes, heart disease... Mass shooting and fat slobs. The world laughs at us.Today's ridiculously inaccurate statistic.
Fact check time. Average American lives to 78. And all of those issues with the exception of the shootings is a global issue. Africa has an AIDS problem, Europe a terrorist problem, Asia a smoking problem, Oceania a heart disease problem, and South America a poverty problem. Nobody is laughing at each other's problems. You're very cynical to believe that.America has taken over from Mexico as the fattest nation in the world. Diabetes, heart disease... Mass shooting and fat slobs. The world laughs at us.
Americans laugh at other people's problems all the time. It's quite possible others are laughing at us as well.Fact check time. Average American lives to 78. Right. They are laughing all the way to take your job as more and more states allow illegals to get licenses.Americans laugh at other people's problems all the time. It's quite possible others are laughing at us as well.

And you're way in denial. Here's a clue Jethro, he's losing as many as 2/3 of all new hires here in this market. You have no idea what you're talking about. How much is a lot?
Express volume is up and its operating margin is in excess of 9%.
Not taking sides, but Dano is correct, Google fedex 8k. A lot of these costs are 1 off deals, freeing up profits in the future(hopefully).Really. Post the link. What does Fred owe Boeing?
How many over a million has FedEx had working for them since their inception? You have no idea what you're talking about. How much is a lot?
Dano's just trying to be difficult since he thinks that everything the company does is all kosher when really it's just the exact opposite. How many over a million has FedEx had working for them since their inception?

Until Fred agrees to pay his drivers, ground too,the same wages and benefit package that UPS provides,he is nothing more than another Republican that gets rich off of others sweat. That unbeatable retirement that they just made you wait 2 more years to obtain. Thanks for ANOTHER take-away Fred
All three of those things go hand-in-hand. Any off the street newbie can run any route with little to no training using DRA, thus saving money on payroll when all the topped out couriers retire and are replaced with a warm body. Is DRA better than an experienced, and trained properly on the correct way to run routes courier? No way. But it does allow any newb to get all the stops delivered that day while some "ass from a hole in the ground" manager hides in his office hoping he doesn't actually have to "manage" anyone. Add to the fact of no DOT psychical's for them and not having to contribute as much to 401K's, they are actually saving money this way. It's all meaningless anyway, because all of those savings are offset by massive turnover, moronic routing programs (DRA), and terrible management.
Perhaps implementing DOT psychicals wouldn't be such a bad idea. Anyone who would want to come to work here these days must not be quite right upstairs.Add to the fact of no DOT psychical's for them and not having to contribute as much to 401K's, they are actually saving money this way.
Direct quote from Dec 16th 8-k under "FedEx Express Segment" about 7 pages down - "Operating margin of 9.4%, up from 7.0% the previous year"SEC 8-K shows a FedEx Express operating margin of 3.6%. The 7.5% figure is for FDX, as in the whole company. So Dano's claim of 8% profits for Express is a LIE.
So he's worth more than Floyd Mayweather? Must be nice...........Fred is the wealthiest Tennessean and number 171 on Forbes wealthiest American.
His net worth is 3.6 billion.

Our rates are almost the same, across the board. Fred has nothing in vehicle maintenance or benefits for ground drivers. His pay structure, which no one is ever to top out due to constant changes,is surpassed by UPS(hub workers) at about the 5 year mark.
It's obvious where his money goes,Fred is the wealthiest Tennessean and number 171 on Forbes wealthiest American.
His net worth is 3.6 billion.
