The new contract says we will get pension increases for both Full time and Part time pensions. I had heard several months ago that the changes for part time pension increases will only be for new hires. Now I heard that it will be retroactive to all hourly employees. Before I went FT I was part time for 22 years. If I heard right I would get 60 dollars for every year of service for the 22 years I was part time and not 50 dollars for every year of service. And the same thing for FT pension...would that be retroactive from the time I went 14 years ago.
