Proper training for a route

If you are a qualified driver, you've been trained. I know it sucks....

But, in the long run.... it will make you a better driver. Trust me.



Thats funny. I saw one driver supe that couldn't figure out N,S,E, or W.

He didn't last long.



Classic.



It took me about 3 years, to get a bid route. Bid the first "piece of crap" that came up.

I was trained on one route.... And learned 25 in the blind.... On Paper.


These young guys have it so easy now.... :raspberry-tounge:

Close to 20 under the belt. Trained on 4-5.

The guys coming out now crap all over themselves every time they get a 40-60 stop split thrown on a trip they know. They ask for help before even pulling out in the morning and management sends them help. It is comical as they send top pay drivers making close to 50 an hour in OT, While the new drivers making 24.15 in OT come rolling back to the building. They compound their reports as now you have 2 drivers over 9.5, Orion miles blown up and so on.
