My SIL lives in Maricopa County and she had nothing good to say about Arpaio since she worked for the Central National Government for almost 40 years.
Her husband is from Columbia (Hispanic).
She never said anything about "arresting and holding without charge anyone that looked Mexican" ... her whining was after they were convicted.
