So I work for UPS now

Question I've been with UPS now for 5 months I've asked another worker but I should be getting my benefits next month right? Or do I have to wait a bit longer the few days after peak when they asked if I was staying on after the New years as the start of the 6 month period?

Not sure about your Local Union Supplement but here your time starts when you are hired permanent and that would be after January 1. Seasonal work does not count UNLESS you are in the Boston area...

Expect your benefits to kick in around April/May
