After a knock and DR, my favorite is when I'm stepping back into the truck and hear a neighbor shout "THEY DON'T USE THEIR FRONT DOOR!" I have way too many customers with notes on doors requesting side/back door deliveries (which I will honor the request) for me to worry about the ones too lazy to do something as simple as write words on a piece of paper.
