i work out of an airport hub as a part-time air driver. the main ground hub is only 7 miles down the road. I've heard from a few drivers that most of the supervisors at the ground hub have been regularly delivering packages for peak season because they dont have enough drivers to cover everything. Do I have any right to work before those supervisors do?

YEAH!!! Start asking around who saw what supe working and when.
Ask a supervisor who you think was driving when you weren't, about why you weren't called in. And remember his answer. This supe will take it to his immediate supe and let's see what results you get from that. They will want you to ba a good employee and tell you that it won't happen again. They are literally banking on the hope that you won't file. (If you have a legitimate claim) Good luck.
