YesWhen on TAW can they make you change shifts if there isn't any TAW on your current shift?
As I am reading it it says 2 hrs before or 2hrs after my regular scheduled shift. I have another job this will conflict with so not sure what to do.

Don't take the TAW. You probably won't get Comp if you are working another job thoughAs I am reading it it says 2 hrs before or 2hrs after my regular scheduled shift. I have another job this will conflict with so not sure what to do.
Your other job has nothing to do with receiving comp at ups, if they offer taw and u don't take it you will lose comp. hopefully they will offer at same hours or may not offer it at all.Don't take the TAW. You probably won't get Comp if you are working another job though
So you are saying if you are on work restrictions at UPS. Then you can work another job without those restrictions and workers comp would be OK with that? Lol. Just experienced.. Let's assume the other job is not near as demanding as a ups job and doesn't require heavy lifting etc.

Exactly my point. Very possibleIt is possible that the 2nd job is not as physical as UPS.
not in Oklahoma, thanks Mary Fallon..80% tax free. Comp pays well.
You have nothing to worry about, take the workers comp pay too
