When did UPS care what the Teamsters wanted?

    I do not understand. The union will be meeting with the company to decide if a F/T person should be
    hired? It is in the company's best interest to decide when to hire. Frankly, the union should not be engaging in this, and problems WILL result. I saw this happen with the SteelWorkers Union. Not good.

    Would of never needed to be contract language if ups kept a sufficient work force staffed.

    Same reason UPS lost the arbitration in regards to the very first 22.3 jobs. UPS likes to manipulate the numbers

    UPS is like a child. You have to be like ( bad UPS. That is very bad ).
