Don't forget to remind them of that in DecemberLatest edict from management.....no one is to go over 10 hours.
Don't forget to remind them of that in December
Yeah......and?should be ok, your guys troll the ups threads.
Is this the actual HOS 10 hour rule or the made up nobody gets more than 2 hours of OT rule?
The "no one works more than 10 hours a day" rule.
That's ridiculous that they're keeping people out late to conform to that. Let's save OT by taking an hour away from a guy getting 11 and giving it to a guy getting 9. Now they both only get 10. Problem solved.
"Our hands are tied due to people quitting by the bus loads."
And the PM routes probably get back late, causing the truck to leave late, in turn causing late planes. Sighhhh.
And also the rule we made about keeping our hands tied in order to maximize managerial uselessness.
And causing shuttle drivers, handlers, etc. to work more hours when the whole point of this in the first place was to save payroll.
I'm sure it looks good on a report though...
Yep because it shifts the hours from onroad to other hours.
In other words, we can't manage our operations.
Actually, that was a msg from Dispatch, but yes, management can't manage their operation.
