You’re in your packet, worked twilight sort in the hub, then preload, then drove? Something doesn’t sound right here.

They put out a lay off list for last week. Myself and 20 other drivers were laid off telling us to show up to Pre load and twilight shifts for hours.

Do you not know how to do math? HOS are your responsbilty you should have told someone you can not come in at 3:15 as you had not had 10 hours off.

Honestly man I forgot all about the 10 hours off. We were laid off Tuesday-Friday then still scheduled to work a regular shift on Saturday. I was more worried about getting my hours then counting them.

Sorry but that's no excuse. It's your responsibility to keep track.

Yeah. Just wanna know if there gonna try and DQ me over this.

They're calling you in to show you how they're going to change your time card to show 10 hours off. Then they'll give you top rate if stfu about the whole thing. They can get in as much trouble as you for allowing you to drive.

Deplorable.

Its cool. Just forget to pay the couple-thousand-dollar fine from the federal government when it comes in your mailbox.

Here's the bottom line. UPS does not care about you. They don't care about fines. It's a drop in the bucket for them.

After you punch out after a shift you must remain off the clock for 10 hours. Don't screw it up.

****UPDATE*****
I spoke with my center manager and he’s gonna talk to his higher up to see if they will keep me on so it’s up in the air if I’m going to get disqualified or not.
