110 year sentence for truck driver....see?

UnionStrong

Sorry, but I don’t care anymore.
I guess the Governor had a different view.

I do not feel sorry for him. I do have compassion for all those affected by this horrific accident.

I care for all.

I doubt if many have had a Governor intervene as quickly as POS Polis did to get this killer a reduced sentence.
I am not sure and I understand you disagree but in my opinion your reference of the governor and the driver is unkind and a bit extreme.

I do respect your right to be unkind and extreme however.

Just a real bad, horrific and hard situation for all whose lives have been lost and those who are left behind.
Screw the victims and their grieving survivors.
According to what was reported that was not the Governor’s position at all.

It was unkind that the cuban driver put himself into that situation and as a result, four innocent people lost their lives.
As far as "unkind", the Governor is a POS because he did what he did very very early most likely for political reasons. The "killer"....he KILLED four innocent people....waht would you call an arsonist, rapist, murdered...? A "nice boy"???
I do respect your right to be unkind and extreme however.
That's very sweet of you

And???? Prisons and jails are filled with people that were negligent...don't you believe in fairness?

Of course...His actions state otherwise....
Do you care what the Brother has to say or only the liberals you agree with???

That may be but does the unkindness you perceive of the driver justify unkindness in you.

Why do you bring the driver’s nationality into this?

He is a public servant, there was a public outcry against this sentence as being unjust.

Referring to another human being in this way is not something support.

I can’t even answer this. Sorry

No problem.

Yes
Of course...His actions state otherwise....
I don’t see it that way. His position was pretty clear in the report.
Do you care what the Brother has to say or only the liberals you agree with???
Yes I do. What the brother said seems more reasonable than what you say.

Liberals I agree with?

I don’t know what this means or why the term liberal would be used.

For all you hothead deniers....

You think safety doesn't matter...

Laws and regulations are for someone else...

Yes, all the way down to load retainers....yard rules....

The chance of the NTSB investigating is after all.....very small. Shrug...

The next time you are asked to pull that expired trailer or something else illegal or sketchy....

Ask this Colorado^ driver about risks....
This had everything to do with his inexperience but thanks for proving my point about NTSB investigations and odds since this was not investigated by the NTSB. Carry on.

NTSB Spokesman: "We are closely monitoring the local/State investigation". "The NTSB investigates accidents that can have meaningful changes to safety in the transportation system."

So, translated: NTSB determined not much could be done about a fool and idiot.

NOTE....they are quite aware of the accident.

Again what is your point? You think the perp blew a sigh of relief when the NTSB didn't investigate?
