The company telegraphs its next move, by job listings.
When negotiations started, job openings were cut. Generally, there were 2-4 dozen preloader jobs and 1-2 dozen package delivery driver & feeder driver jobs.
As of last night, they cut all driver jobs down to zero. (First time ever - historic.)
And, they posted 431 preloader jobs. Plus, the ad content has changed significantly. Mainly, no mention of the hourly rate.
Company might be trying to make a strike. Management & preloader (helpers) plan on delivering.
