This forum is generally an echo chamber for the Right Wing, as are Breitbart, FOX, Drudge, and the rest. Listen to any Right Wing talker on the radio and it's nothing but the same talking points that Limbaugh had earlier in the day or perhaps the day before.

The politics of the Right is based not on policy but rather on fear fear and more fear. Fear the guy who worships in a different manner. Fear the guy whose skin color is different , Fear the person whose love life doesn't follow the pattern some are comfortable with. Fear the woman who steadfastly refuses to give up her reproductive rights and return to a life of poverty and domestic servitude . And the Right's greatest fear..... is the fear of losing control.

I think they'd have more to fear from a rational gay man than a Twitter addict who admires strongmen and will forever dream of building towers with his name on it in their territories. And Pete doesn't strike me as a potential loose cannon like Trump does.
