I believe that to qualify a candidate needs to have received donations from 130,000 contributors.

And poll at 2% in early state polls. I don’t think she has the polls but it changes often. Last I heard only 6 or 7 had qualified for the next round.
Whether she does or not, you can bet the debate moderators will be asking if they’ve got a plan for slavery reparations like Marianne does. Who would dare say no now?
