What appeared quite obvious is that the judge is not happy with the prosecution on the basis of the easy off deal they propose and he has doubts that Flynn is telling everything he knows thereby giving him final chance to tell all or he'll throw him in jail. The redacted portion of the prosecution's motion is key.
what was apparent to me was that the judge gave both sides holy hell.
he strongly admonished Flynn for his lying to the point of disgust.
he strongly questioned the basis of the investigation and laughed at the prosecution when they tried to present the never charged never prosecuted logan act.
he asked pointed questions with his concern that flynn may have been advising the incoming administration while still working for the turks. that was stated by prosecution to be a non issue. He's a jurist who thought out loud as he asked those questions. he then realized that the CNN's and all their snowflake groupies would read much into the word treason and walked it back after the break you keep mentioning.
The judge clearly gave an indication that he may not accept the plea deal. At that point flynns lawyers decided to request delaying sentencing to build up more positive support for his testifying against the recently charged turks.
thats it. anything else you try to spin out of this tells us that you listen to too much CNN .
