2020 Peak Over

On the FedEx Express side, we’re back to what it looked like before actual peak; which is to say that we continue to be near “normal” peak volume. Instead of 2,000 or so pieces, we recents had 10,000 inbound. That redefined the meaning of fun.

Is it very different at brown?

Nope. We were swamped today. Look to be swamped tomorrow. Still running rental trucks. Still running a good number of PVD and still using helpers.

Under 9.5?! Full time drivers at my FX location are typically working 11 or 12 hours a day.

Are UPS drivers required to take a 60 minute break if you work more than eight hours?

Supervisors have been running routes all week and one security guy that normally wears a suit and tie put on the browns.

Still slammed here as well. PVD drivers, golf carts and helpers still employed.

I have 225 stops/440 pieces today, 165-170 is a 9 hour day lol...
