What 22.2 guys handle packages? Ours are either Porters or Feeder wash or car wash. Used to have some FT clerks.

Porters shouldn't be picking up or delivering any packages. Should either be a delivery driver or an air driver. We had a FT car washer that thought he would pick up extra hours helping out with deliveries or pick ups during the day. Union put a stop to that real fast.

Happens all the time. Management loves to fudge numbers to hide their incompetency. Have a porter make a pickup but not code him as a driver.

Nope. I am an air exception driver and Art 40 allows air drivers to deliver or pick up ground packages and pay the driver top ground driver rate. Read your contract.
