there are two 22.3 that only work 50% of the 8 hour day. they watch Netflix the 4 hours they have it made. Every part timer at night complains management don’t do anything about it.

I used to do the same thing when I saw that . Management would threaten me, but not them. Then I'd threaten a harassment grievance, with witnesses A, B, and C.

They begrudgingly made the PTers and FTers on their phones get back to work, so I went back to work too. It was hilarious every single time.

If I missed one thing about UPS, it's gotta be playing their game.
