22.3 job just going away?

Because they’re busting their asses loading packages for $20 less an hour while guys on brown cafe talk about they deserve the pay differences for their sacrifices of being full time
Have you considered that we've done your job, and you haven't done ours?

Maybe something to think about when you talk about the difference in pay like you know what you're talking about.

I have driven before, and it’s damn hard. I respect you guys a lot and I think you deserve more pay than what you get now, and certainly more than what I get as a warehouse worker

Nah
there are two 22.3 that only work 50% of the 8 hour day. they watch Netflix the 4 hours they have it made. Every part timer at night complains management don’t do anything about it.
I used to do the same thing when I saw that :censored2:. Management would threaten me, but not them. Then I'd threaten a harassment grievance, with witnesses A, B, and C.

They begrudgingly made the PTers and FTers on their phones get back to work, so I went back to work too. It was hilarious every single time.

If I missed one thing about UPS, it's gotta be playing their game.
