I have also heard the 17,000 / 15,000 also, but when its on sale, I will keep buying whether it's off 30% or 40% it's still a great deal.
I'm probably about double that.
I'm still alive, no debt and cash in the bank.
All of the sudden my 2% Treasury notes are looking good

I have 34 years in now at 55 yrs old. We lost a couple of year’s pay in a month, but my wife and I are still working... probably a little while longer now
